As an avid traveler and lover of boutique hotels, my recent stay at Stanwell House in Lymington was truly a delightful experience. the hotel's vibrant and colorful interior, reminiscent of fruity, jewelled shades, immediately caught my eye and set the tone for a fantastic getaway. The carefully crafted dishes at Etain, the hotel's restaurant, were a true highlight of our trip. From the ginger-pickled beetroot with peppered-duck confit to the vegetarian cauliflower and black truffle risotto, every bite was a culinary delight. Dining at night by the light of many candles added a touch of romance to our evenings, making each meal a memorable experience. the proximity of the hotel to the charming town of Lymington and the nearby coastal walk provided us with plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Overall, Stanwell House exceeded all of our expectations and provided us with a truly unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and stylish getaway in one of the south's most attractive and historic locations. I can't wait to return for another visit and explore even more of the delights that the New Forest has to offer.
